1. Review Invitation

• You will receive an email from the OJS system inviting you to review a manuscript.
• Click the link in the email to log in to your OJS account.

 

2. Accessing the Manuscript

• Log in to your OJS account

• After logging in, navigate to "Reviewer Assignments" on the OJS dashboard.

• Click the "Accept" button to accept the invitation.

• Download the manuscript file.

 

3. Evaluating the Manuscript

• Carefully read the manuscript and complete the review form

• You may add comments for the editor and/or the author.
• If needed, upload a file containing your annotations or suggested revisions.

4. Submitting Your Decision

• Choose one of the following recommendations:
  • Accept Submission (Accepted without revision)
  • Revisions Required (Accepted with minor revisions)
  • Resubmit for Review (Major revisions needed, requires re-evaluation)
  • Decline Submission (Rejected)

• Click "Submit Review" to finalize your evaluation.
