Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 8-point font; employs Bookman Old Style regular, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Journal of Energy, Material, and Instrumentation Technology (JEMIT) is the media for publishing research results that are carried out scientifically, originally, have never been published or are in the process of being published in other media.

Submission of Manuscripts

All submissions, reviews and publishing processes are carried out through the JEMIT's website.  The author first reads the REGISTRATION GUIDE AND SUBMIT ARTICLES before making a login as an author, then send his writings through the JEMIT's website. During the process, the writer should always check the email and website.

The systematic writing of the article consists of the title of the article, the author's profile (name, affiliation and email), abstracts and keywords, the contents of the article, thanks (if needed) and bibliography. The contents of the article include an introduction, research methodology, results and discussion, and conclusions.

The Journal of Enery, Material, and Instrumentation Technology (JEMIT) is under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) License, according to which:

1) Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right to first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY 4.0) that allows the sharing of articles published with the acknowledgement of authorship and the initial publication in this journal.

2) The authors are authorized to make additional contracts separately for distribution of the version of the work published in this journal (for example, publication in an institutional repository or as a chapter of the book), as long as there is recognition of authorship and initial publication in this journal.

3) Authors are authorized and encouraged to publish and distribute their work online (for example, in institutional repositories or on their personal pages) at any time before or during the editorial process, as it increases the impact and reference of the published work.
